The latest in vaccine communications from AllWays Health Partners
There’s been a lot of communication delivered from all directions across the state and nation, so we're providing you with a summary to keep you informed of our strategy along with references you can utilize and share with patients during the vaccine rollout.
There are many myths and questions circulating in the community, and we want to ensure our members and your patients have the facts about these safe and effective vaccines. Addressing vaccine myths and providing the facts to instill confidence is critical to our shared success. We are joining our parent organization, Mass General Brigham, in supporting a critical state campaign, Trust the Facts. Get the Vax campaign, to educate the public and our members on the safety and efficacy of the COVID 19 vaccine. In addition to vaccine safety, our vaccine communications tie in access, equity, and ongoing prevention.
We’re also deploying a Special Edition of the Member newsletter for commercial and MassHealth to build confidence in safety and efficacy of vaccine.

Information on when, how, and where patients can get the vaccine
Our Coronavirus Resource Center on allwayshealthpartners.org has the latest details on the vaccine planning, including a robust FAQ and links to the most important state and federal websites. Please encourage your patients to visit as we regularly update the site when new information becomes available.
We're working to ensure our members will receive their vaccines as the phased approach outlined by the state continues to move forward. We are currently reaching out to our members who we can identify with our data — for example by age or with certain medical conditions — to let them know they are eligible for the vaccine, encourage them to get vaccinated, answer any questions they may have.
We are currently using proactive phone outreach for members 75 and older. We are also sending individual text message to members 65 and older as well as those with two or more co-morbidities. Next, we’ll be sending targeted letters guided by vaccine phases.
Please continue to visit our Coronavirus Resource Center as well as our Vaccine Resource Hub for the most up-to-date communications.
