The AllWays Health Partners℠ media campaign is underway

The goal of our campaign is simple: to introduce AllWays Health Partners and show how our customers can benefit from this new health plan option. It’s time for a health plan that really listens to what our customers need. A plan that and develops smart, sensible products and services. A plan that keeps patients and providers front and center. It really is about you, in every way.

During the campaign, you’ll see us on TV, hear us on the radio, see billboards in and around Boston metro, and discover our ads online.

In the campaign, you’ll hear highlights on how members can get:

  • Covered chiropractor and acupuncture visits with select plans, as part of our Care Complement benefit design
  • One pair of New Balance shoes (per family) when their employer has been with us for at least 25 months - through our Customer Loyalty Program
  • Live member chat starting in January chat to help members get their questions answered faster and more conveniently

These are just some of the ways we’re innovating – often in collaboration with our provider partners.
