Over the past several weeks, we’ve received several questions from providers who want to know more about our behavioral health program and about joining the network. We're glad you asked!
On January 1, 2019, Optum became the behavioral health administrator for AllWays Health Partners. Since then, we’ve put together this comprehensive Behavioral Health FAQ. It answers questions like, “How do I submit a claim to Optum?” and “Where can I find the BH continuity of care form?” The FAQ also has information about the contracting process, Partners HealthCare employee plans, and tools on the Optum provider portal.
