Updates: Expanding our provider network in New England

AllWays Health Partners is growing. Along with the recent additions to our membership, we're also expanding our provider network throughout Massachusetts and into other regions in New England. 

New Hampshire providers

In New Hampshire, we are thrilled to welcome Southern New Hampshire Health to our network. Southern New Hampshire Health includes:

• Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, a 188-bed acute care facility in Nashua that serves almost 100,000 patients each year
• Southern New Hampshire Medical Center West Campus
• Foundation Medical Partners, a multi-specialty medical group that includes over 300 PCPs, specialists and immediate care providers

Western Massachusetts providers

In Western Massachusetts, BayCare Health Partners is now part of our network. BayCare Health Partners is a physician-hospital organization that serves four Baystate Health hospitals and over 200 medical practices in the Pioneer Valley.

Rhode Island providers

With a growing membership in the southeastern region of New England, a big focus for 2019 will be on our network growth in Rhode Island. Stay tuned for more.
