2019 was a big year at AllWays Health Partners! We changed our name and expanded our provider network into New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Read on to see some of the other milestones from the past year.

Network growth
Our network has experienced lots of growth over the past year.
We saw an 8.98% network growth increase in Massachusetts with the addition of more than 3,000 new providers.
Our network continues to expand into New Hampshire and Rhode Island. In the Ocean State, our network increased by 146.36% as we welcomed nearly 400 new providers. The most dramatic increase came from New Hampshire, with 1,500 new providers and a whopping 472.76% increase!

Communications
In 2019, our dedicated provider website received an average of 4,846 views per month. Two of our most popular pages were the network information page and the digital onboarding page.
We sent 215,828 emails sent to keep you up to date and in the know. We also introduced our Clinical Digest e-newsletter, with information especially for clinicians, which was a huge hit!
We made 126 posts on our Best Practice blog and received 9,994 total blog post views. You loved reading about our first media campaign as AllWays Health Partners and our new pediatric benefit.
Our online letter of interest form received 2,383 submissions. Not in our network yet? You can fill out the LOI here.
Operations
Our Provider Network Operations team processed 17,967 transactions this year. That’s a 31.77% increase since 2017!
