SURVEY: What do you think of our website?

It’s been two months since we redesigned our provider website, provider.allwayshealthpartners.org, and we want to know what you think. The changes we made in December were based on your feedback from last year’s provider survey, where you asked us for a better online experience with easier navigation. That’s why we created a resource hub with quick access to the information you use the most, such as medical policies, prior authorization requirements, and claims-submission info.

We also added:

• Convenient quick links at the bottom of most pages

• A Clean new look for the Best Practice blog
• Streamlined navigation so it's easy to find what you're looking for
• New archives for our Administrative Newsletter and Clinical Digest

We’re always striving to improve your experience, which is why we’re conducting a survey asking for your feedback on these changes.
