What's happening in December?
As we prepare to flip the calendar, we’re gearing up for the transition to AllWays Health Partners. Our goal is to make the switch easy for you, so here's a round up of helpful resources available now or in the coming weeks.
- New Member ID Cards
AllWays Health Partners members will be receiving their new member ID cards in December. See our guides to the commercial member cards and Partners HealthCare employee member cards for examples of the new cards.
In addition, our members will now have the option to obtain a digital version of the ID card through the member portal in case they lose their card or need access immediately. Members can access their digital ID card at allwaysmember.org.
- Provider outreach
We’ve launched outreach campaigns so that you and everyone in your office has the latest updates and resources available. We hope to connect with you soon and share more about how AllWays Health Partners aims to make the healthcare experience smooth and seamless for both providers and members.
- Fact sheets and FAQ
We’re developing a collection of reference materials about AllWays Health Partners. Check out our new FAQ and fact sheet. Subscribe to the blog to make sure you stay up-to-date on the latest resources.
- Brand survey
We'll be reaching out soon to ask for your feedback on our brand launch. Your feedback will help us identify opportunities to better serve you now and in the future—thank you in advance for your participation!
